What this does

Option	Description
Reindex	Clears all local caches and re-pulls master & tailoring data from the server. Use after suspected data drift.
Stock Recalculation	Rebuilds the live stock table by summing every stock movement (purchase, sale, return, adjustment) per item & shade.
Update Q.Code & M.R.P.	Bulk-update an item’s quality code and sale rate in one step.
Update M.R.P.	Bulk-update sale rate (M.R.P.) for an item.
Update Fabric Grade	Tag an item with a fabric grade (A / B / C) stored against its remarks.
Export	Downloads every sales table as a single multi-sheet Excel workbook (one sheet per table) — use it as a full backup.
Import	Pick an Excel file previously created by Export. Each matching sheet is upserted into the corresponding sales table by `id`, so any rows lost since the export are recreated and existing rows refreshed. Local caches are rebuilt afterwards.
Schedule Exports	Set up recurring Sales exports — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly — at a chosen time. The workbook is emailed to the recipient automatically.
Clean Data	Permanently delete all rows from selected table groups (sales, purchases, masters, tailoring, etc.). Requires typing CONFIRM. Use before importing legacy data.
Mail Reports	Opens your mail client with a pre-filled message to send daily reports.
